Starting January 27th we will have full integration of Zelle® into our PAFCU online and mobile banking!

Enrollment Required: Members will need to enroll to use this feature.*

Existing Users: Those who have already enrolled in Zelle® through another financial institution can choose to transfer their existing Zelle® token to PAFCU. Existing users will have to accept terms and conditions before use.

Simplicity: You only need the recipient’s phone number or email address but they need to also have a Zelle® account.

Speed: Funds transfer within minutes between participants already enrolled in Zelle®.

Convenience: Zelle® supports split requests (one request for funds to be sent to multiple people) and can connect to your mobile device contacts when accessed via our mobile app.

Tips for Sending Money Safely with Zelle®

  • Know Your Recipient: Only send money to people you know and trust, such as friends and family.

  • Verify the Details: Always double-check the recipient’s name, U.S. mobile number, and email address before hitting send. 

  • Stay Alert: If a request feels suspicious or comes from an unknown source, do not proceed with a transaction. Trust your instincts—sending money to strangers increases your risk of fraud.
