Paying with Visa® Platinum Preferred Credit Card bill has never been easier!

 

There are a few easy options to pay your bill.

  1. Through our PAFCU Home Banking after logging into your account.
  2. Through our PAFCU Mobile App after logging into your account.
  3. Or simply speak with a representative by calling us at (248) 619-0440

If you would like to pay through our PAFCU Home Banking follow these steps:

STEP 1: Go to mypafcu.com and login to your account.

STEP 2: Now on your home screen you will see your PAFCU Visa® Platinum Preferred Credit card under (A) "820 Platinum" when you click on it a pop-up box will reveal further options, click on (B) "Make A Payment".

STEP 3: Is when you choose from which account you want your money to be used in order to pay for your PAFCU Visa® Credit Card.

(A) Pick your account where you want your money to be used from to make a payment.

(B) Make sure you transfer to "820 Platinum" to pay for your PAFCU Visa® Credit Card.

(C) Choose your desired amount to pay for your credit card. (Make sure your account you transfer money from has enough funds.)

(D) When complete, hit "Continue"

When processed, your next screen will show the amount you transferred to pay for your PAFCU Visa® Platinum Preferred Credit Card.

FAQ For Current Visa® Platinum Preferred Credit Card Holders 

 

Will my automatic payments be moved to the new card?

No. You must set up any automatic payments and recurring charges again using the new card number. If you have payments set up through another bank or financial institution, you will be required to update them with your new card information.

Will my subscription payments transfer to the new card?

No. You will need to manually update your card number for all recurring subscriptions and services.

Will I be able to see my credit card transactions in the app and online banking?

Yes. Your credit card transactions will be fully visible under the dedicated Credit Card tab within both the mobile app and online banking.

Will I be able to pay my credit card directly through the app or online banking?

Yes. You can pay your credit card directly by navigating to the "Move Money" feature and selecting your credit card account as the recipient.

Will this transfer to the new card affect my Credit Score?

No. The transition to the new credit card will have no effect on your credit score.

Will my reward points transfer to the new card?

Yes, absolutely! Your existing reward points will be seamlessly moved to the new card. You can access the new rewards site directly here.

Do I still need to notify the Credit Union about my travel plans when leaving Michigan?

Yes. To ensure uninterrupted service, travel updates must still be set up manually by contacting the Credit Union prior to your departure.

Will my past credit card transaction history show up on the new card?

No. Online access will begin with transactions made on the new system (starting around March). However, you can still request a printed copy of any historical statements predating that date by contacting the Credit Union.

How do I set up a PIN for my new Visa® Platinum Preferred Credit Card?

To create or change your PIN, please call 855-887-3938 and select Option 3. You will be prompted to enter your Visa card number and then choose your new 4-digit PIN. For your security, please memorize your PIN or store it in a safe, private location.

Will my new card use the same card number?

No. You will be issued a brand new credit card number. Additionally, any joint owners on the account will also receive a new card with a unique number, different from the primary owner's.
